A little about me, and how I can help you! ?
Hi! I’m Mirella, a Fitness Coach, and mama of two.
One of my biggest passions in life is empowering women like you to ditch the ‘fad diets’ and unsustainable ‘bikini bod programs’, and instead focus your energy on making long term lifestyle choices that can help you feel consistently strong, healthy and fit.
And so this is why I created this FREE challenge!
My aim is to help you to fit exercise into your busy life. To make nutrition feel easy and effortless. To help by guiding you and showing you what works, so that you can make fitness part of your lifestyle and enjoy it without it feeling like an extra pressure.

What equipment is required?
Booty bands – fabric is better than latex but good to have both if you can.
Resistance bands – with handles or without
Chair, step or a bench
Optional Weights – dumbbells or kettlebells are great if you have them but don’t worry if not, you can do all the workouts at home with no weights.
The first 5 days we will be focusing on technique & form, with the last 5 days designed to push you to that next level!
